Nice fruity character, light berry notes, medium body, balanced sweetness
The surprise with this coffee is that when you first open this bag of beans, you will be met by an undeniable fragrance of blueberry. Once brewed, the coffee is both delicate and strong. My 'roast blend' leans towards the light/medium range so that the full range of flavors and aroma can be experienced yet with a hint of dark roast flavor.
